Abstract

Sport mental fatigue problem has become one of the domestic and foreign scholars generally focus problem. Athletes in training or competition will be faced with many problems and challenges, if not handled properly, it will have a negative experience, influence the effectiveness of training, psychological fatigue. Easier by Henan Province volleyball team coaches and athletes interviews and the questionnaire concerned about the status quo and influencing factors of the outstanding volleyball player in Henan Province psychological fatigue, quantitative statistics and qualitative survey to explore what factors psychological fatigue induced athletes, we should focus on what their psychological factor. The study athletes fatigue questionnaire, athletes Stress Scale \The name Henan Province of Elite volleyball players carried out the survey, the use of a the SPSS17.0 statistics package for statistical analysis. Conclusions and recommendations are as follows: (1) Henan Province volleyball athletes suffer from mental fatigue phenomenon. People often feel very tired and even no energy to do other things accounted for 24.3%, 18.6% of people feel extreme fatigue, 17.1% of people often resentment in motion. 22.9% of the people feel that they have not made good athletic performance, but it is worth noting that 54.3% of the people in the movement's successful experience happy. (2) outstanding volleyball player level of mental fatigue gender, exercise level, age, into the team ages, educational differences. Family economic status has little effect on mental fatigue level volleyball athletes. (3) Elite Volleyball Players in Henan Province stress level is not high, moderate and low level. Stressors factor \suffered factor, the stress factor and sports psychology fatigue score significant. (4) outstanding volleyball player in Henan Province in coping style factor \Low grouping of mental fatigue and mental fatigue score high in emotional catharsis, help religious factor should exist significant differences. Seeking support in coping style, emotional catharsis, inhibitory interference activities, endure to help religious evade restraint coping factor and fatigue score was positively related to the initiative to deal with a positive understanding of a negative correlation between the factor and fatigue score . Emotional catharsis, help religious response factor with emotional physical exhaustion and mental fatigue score the presence of a significant positive correlation; positive awareness and reduced personal accomplishment factor between the presence of a significant negative correlation. (5) Elite Volleyball Players in Henan Province low social support group with high social support group movement mental fatigue score between the existence of significant differences. Low social support group with high social support groups, mental fatigue factor and reduced personal accomplishment, significant differences exist between the emotional / physical exhaustion factor.
