Abstract


Vocational education is a very important part of modern education , vocational education is also to promote economic and social development as well as an important means of employment workers . Vocational education shoulder to cultivate high-quality workers , personnel and intellectual support to enhance the regional economic and social development level to eliminate regional development imbalance in the historic task . China is a developing country and the majority of the rural population , and determine the vocational education in rural areas is a major problem related to rural and national development and stability . Work-study training model is more closely combine theoretical study and practical training effective educational model of the social needs of the type of talent , work-study training model has been recognized by other developed countries, vocational education institutions and social . Concluded promote the development of rural vocational education work-study training model experiences and lessons , propose appropriate countermeasures , for a better way to solve the \the role has a certain practical significance . This article describes the connotation and characteristics of rural vocational education work-study training mode , and on the basis of analysis of the historical review and current status of the work-study training model , and then learn from the British \\problems, and propose specific measures to improve the work-study training mode . This article to constructivist learning theory , cooperative education theory , education and productive labor combine theory as a support , and a case-by-case analysis , documentary research , comparative study research methods research . Different levels , different angles, elaborate work-study training model need to pay attention to the problem , the proposed security mechanisms and measures to improve this model is the focus of this article and innovation .
