Abstract


Student management work is an important part of higher education. In recent years, with the development of our socialist market economy and social reform, our higher education reform are further deepening,and college student management is facing new challenge. It is have the important theory and practical significance to research to college student management in the new situation. This article analysis principles and meaningful of college student management in the first.Secondly,we analyzes the new situation of the current student management work while combined with the social development,university reform and the characteristies of university students.The third part of the paper analyzes the college student management problems as well as the causes of the problems under the new situation.The fourth section presents college student management measures,such as the innovative concept of the university student management,improving the college student management system,expanding the management of college student,s ways and the building of the university student management team.We must promote the management work of college students and make contribution to higher education development.
