Abstract


After more than ten years of tempering the development of modern distance education pilot project greatly advanced by the first generation of distance education distance education, the second generation to third generation radio and television education in the transformation of online education, to improve the quality and promote the construction and building a harmonious society lifelong education system to make the application of the contribution.This article attempts to sort out foreign distance education in the context of the development process on the basis of modern distance education in China to explore the development of specific rules and patterns, while affirming the historical achievements of modern distance education at the same time to obtain an objective in the development process that exists over there for the economic benefit, ignoring education equity, weakening the ideological and moral education, the problem of breaching school, distance education can not fully meet the economic and social development and the wider learning needs of diverse members of society. In order to solve the predicament of modern distance education development, integrated use of this method of economics and sociology have profound analysis of the problem of social reasons and institutional reasons, the proposed rules and regulations to strengthen the construction of modern distance education, Strengthen the sense of responsibility, innovative thinking of online education moral education in the form of response measures.Currently, the development of modern distance education is facing a new situation, "national long-term education reform and development program (2010-2020)" of the modern distance education as a modern national education system and lifelong education system, an important part. This study aims to promote modern distance education pilot universities face the challenge, responsibility, innovation, improve quality and level of education, in order to promote equity in education, enhance the comprehensive national strength and power in human resources play a unique role.
