Now China’s many college education informatization has been realized, more and more teachers use of network course and traditional face-to-face course blended learning mode for teaching, and obtain very good teaching effect. Online learning has become a important ways to learning for college students. But, with the continuous development of online learning, many students in the process of online learning met a lot of barriers, caused the network learning quality is not high, the learning efficiency is low, even some students have tired of online learning. These barriers have been great influenced the network learning efficiency of college students.Independent colleges as an important part of our country higher education, in recent years, won the rapid development. Independent college students have their own characteristic, this part of students active thinking, thought avant-courier, easy to accept network learning, but at the same time they easily give up, when they encountered obstacles. This paper analyzed existing research on college students’online learning barriers and relevant research achievements of solving strategies, summarized the concept of online learning barriers and influencing factors.Then this paper investigate the independent college students’online learning barriers, analyzed the independent college students’online learning barriers . This research use constructivism and humanism theory as the guide,from the students themselves,the school teachers, school and family aspects proposed solutions strategies, finally selected the Hebei University of commerce college students as a practical objects, and applied part strategies in the network course of database technology.
