Abstract


Monitoring technologies origin has been for a long time, it is an effective guarantee for the security of people's daily life, monitoring technology as an important technology in the information industry development so far. And monitoring system for traditional network design, along with the development of science and technology, the traditional network has been unable to meet the demand of the people. China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom launched 3G network, compared with traditional network 3G network has been improved on the speed of transmission of voice and data, it can better achieve worldwide seamless roaming and processing images, music, video streaming and other forms of media, and provide a variety of information services including web browsing, conference calls, and e-commerce, but also has good compatibility with traditional network. Video surveillance system with 3G network combine to become a hot topic of current research. And the video surveillance system with 3G network combined application of the terminal is based on the WEB way the client and server systems. Want to build a 3G network-based video surveillance system, the need to achieve the interaction of the client and server-side information, enabling remote application end-to-the monitoring point video call to strengthen the work of the command and dispatch of the surveillance area video surveillance, improve the efficiency of command and dispatch . This paper describes the 3G network video surveillance system based on the the WEB way the client and server interaction achieve its key technology research and implementation, including: 1. Explore the WEB-based client and server system structure on how to achieve the client, the server-side and server-side and client how to communicate the inquiry, at the same time according to the needs of the 3G network video surveillance system on the server and client function design. Its major technologies, including NET and database technologies. In this paper, NET related technologies were discussed in depth. Including: HTML (document layout language), JavaScript, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET. Database technology, including: the establishment of a database, SQL language, database functionality, and data maintenance and management. On how to achieve the client through the Web pages on the server-side database access were exploring, database access technology. According to the actual needs of the 3G network video surveillance system, to design the client and server system based on the WEB. The system is based on NET platform, ADO.NET database access technology and related technologies. The back-end Oracle database service system, and the data systems business layer using ADO.NET database access technology, running on the Web server side, and between the Web client and server database access.
