Abstract


This article focuses on patent metrological basis , the use of statistical methods to analyze and study the nature of the patentee double h-index . Study, 45 companies and 50 universities as research samples , using patented methods of measurement and statistical analysis , discussion and analysis of the patentee double h-index and its correlation with the other patent metering parameters . The study , described the nature of the dual h-index of the patentee , adding that demonstrate the validity of the patent h-index in the evaluation of patent , hoping thus to further enrich and expand the patent Metrology . This study measured from the patent indicators and empirical studies two aspects of science patent metering development history ; elaborated patentee h index research progress and its application in the patent metrology . On this basis , the paper data and authorization of the patent-pending patent data basis for data from the h-index model test , patented metering parameters CII TS, SL SS analysis , analysis of the application patentee ha Index and authorization the hb index the individual nature of the patentee , that the two indices showed similarity with mixed patentee h-index . Finally, we made ??a further analysis of the dual h-index of the patentee and differences between . The innovation of this paper is the first comprehensive study of the patent into the double h-index ; another SL SS measurement parameters and patentee h-index made ??the first analysis . Therefore, this article will not only help promote the use of the patented metering parameters , but also provides an effective method for patent applications and granted patents distinguish retrieval .
