In this study, positive psychological capital as the starting point, through the Chinese business managers open questionnaire survey, extraction managers an important dimension of psychological capital, psychological capital for managers under the operational definition, preparation of the \\In the questionnaire development and testing process, using a literature analysis, questionnaire, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods. Based on the findings and analysis draw the following conclusions: first, through the Chinese business managers open questionnaire survey results, to extract the Chinese business managers Psychological Capital dimensions, including optimism, responsibility, solidarity and cooperation, hope, self-confidence and toughness, which is a sense of responsibility and solidarity dimension of psychological capital in the West based on the increase of Chinese business managers Psychological Capital unique dimensions. Through this study, we obtained a Chinese enterprise managers situational dimension of psychological capital structure for the study of Chinese business managers psychological capital foundation. Second, through the Chinese business managers psychological capital and transformational leadership behavior of correlation and regression analysis to prove that there is a certain correlation between the two relationships. By improving corporate managers transformational leadership approach can improve employees' organizational identity and belonging, enhance cohesion. Fourth, the psychological capital for managers and staff organizational identification correlation and regression analysis, correlation exists between proof. Psychological Capital Managers unity and cooperation, responsibility, tenacity and hope that we can predict organizational identification of employees. Managers can develop and improve their mental capital of unity and cooperation, responsibility, tenacity and hope that other dimensions, to enhance the recognition for managers and employees of the organization's identity. Fifth, through the administrator psychological capital, transformational leadership and employee organizations agree return analysis, found that transformational leadership behavior in psychological capital managers and staff organizational identity plays an intermediary role between transformational leadership behaviors can promote management Capital psychological impact on organizational identity.
