Abstract


Guangxi urban housing system reform started in the early 1990s , has experienced 20 years of hard work , the formation of the housing market as the main supply system . Urban housing system reform has achieved some success . The living conditions of urban residents in Guangxi , the living environment has improved . But at the same time , is also facing housing prices rose too fast , medium , and low-income residents unable to purchase housing security implementation ineffective . Paper, mainly through a review of the the Guangxi urban housing system reform process , and the Guangxi urban housing system reform process by the degree of market clues is divided into two phases: a quasi-market stage , the stage of market-oriented , at the same time , the use of the analytic hierarchy process to build reform is effectiveness evaluation of the evaluation system and the two phases of the the Guangxi urban housing system reform .
