Abstract


November 26, 2009 , the first batch of SME collective notes in the inter-bank bond market to issue shares to be listed on the stock market , to become a new choice of debt financing to SMEs . As a financial innovation to solve the problem of financing SMEs , SME collective notes to help the SMEs get rid of the excessive financing depends on the plight of bank loans to SMEs out of place towards the national capital market , and a collection issue , unified enhance trust and other measures to facilitate SME financing . Across the country have carried SME pilot of a collection of notes and gradually issued its own set of notes , is expanding the size of the financing of the SME collective notes SME collective notes near , but has just launched itself , there are still some deficiencies , and this kinds of financing can be extended to a wider range of SMEs , there are still some problems , therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research collection bills financing for SMEs . The first chapter analyzes the research background and current situation of the SME collective notes ; second chapter of SME collective notes detailed introduction to its institutional design , in-depth study of the organizational structure and operational processes ; Chapter of small and medium-sized corporate collection of notes and other financing comparative analysis , summed up the characteristics of the financing of the SME collective notes ; Chapter IV described the status quo of China 's SME collective notes financing , and pointed out that the SME collective notes exist in reality ; first chapters propose appropriate measures to improve the problems for SME collective notes .
