Abstract


With the rapid development of the domestic economy , the modern logistics industry has drawn increasing concern in society . Meanwhile , along with the financing difficulties of SMEs - the theory and practice of a hot topic in the field of research , logistics, finance emerged. Logistics and financial services and financial services logistics organic combination , refers to the banks through the development and application of innovative financial products , efficient organization and coordination of logistics services in the liquidity of the process. At present , China has a growing number of banks are constantly added to the army and logistics enterprises , the development of logistics finance business finance for SMEs to provide services , and received good results. However, compared with other countries , China's logistics finance business is still in development stage , and there are many problems . The current logistics finance scholars study carried out in order to explore their patterns and risk control in the majority, will be combined with the current situation of SME financing , and focus on a few of their practical application . Of SME financing in logistics finance what theoretical basis ? Actual operation situation and how ? Business development process What is the problem and risks ? This is exactly the problem to be discussed herein . This paper attempts to economic theory ( including asymmetric information theory and game theory ) point of view , combined with the practical application ( Shenzhen Development Bank case ) , logistics and financial results in the SME financing applications rationality and necessity . This article also conduct financial operations of the logistics process may involve the risk analysis of the situation , end of the article on the development of logistics financial business services for SMEs financing put forward corresponding countermeasures.
