Abstract


Integrity is the treasure of Chinese culture,and it is the moral base of the harmonious society constructing,and also it is the enterprise spirit of the company. Employees’ integrity relate to the survival and development of enterprises. In the process of economic transformation, due to the comprehensive function of many factors, especially the negative influence of market economy, social honesty and faith deficiency problems intensified.And it has affected the financial, the consequences of financial industry is concerned. How to strengthen the financial employee’s integrity education becomes financial concerns. This article is from an educational view,discussing the education of the financial staff integrity,and aims at identifying effective way to solve the problem. The paper is divided into four parts.Chapter one:Introduction. Whether honesty or the education of integrity are not divorced from the specific social and historical conditions to become an abstract concept. Therefore, understanding the social background and the current reality is the basis of the problem’ solution. First, Integrity education background are introduced, Integrity education is the social development trend; Second, reviewe the existing research results about the current research of Integrity value、the industry of enterprise Integrity problems、industry enterprise Integrity education. Finally finding the problem to solve. Then deduce the connotation of the concept and research methods.Chapter two:Theory. Compare the development and characteristics of Integrity in Chinese and western,revealing the difference source of Chinese and western Integrity concept."Different from traditional Chinese Integrity concept, western Integrity thought more reflect credit on economic ethics". Meanwhile,exploring the connotation, features, principles, of Integrity education, puts forward employee’s integrity education’key:Know did not perform.Chapter three:Described the current situation of financial employee dishonesty in China. First analysis the dishonesty performance of financial employee,then discusses the harm of the dishonesty performance. Exploring the basis of reasons, finding the strategies for solving the problems.Chapter four:Some effective strategies of integrity education. From our financial employee’s integrity education reality, tries to put forward the countermeasures of financial employee’s integrity education. Among them, the consciousness training is fundamental, methods is the guarantee, content innovation is the foundation, and management system is supporting. Strategy research is not only the key, but also is the difficulty.Eeffective strategies for financial employee’s integrity is a worthy of our education problems,it needs our further reflection.
