Abstract


Since larry bossi and ram charan, puts forward the concept of executive power, executive power became the theory researchers and the business operators common focus, how to build enterprise's executive ability more become the key research of this problem. Based on the lanzhou city branch of China construction bank survey to study the bank personnel at the grass-roots level ascension execution strategy, makes the study has certain practical significance. In survey questionnaires, 300, 275 effective questionnaires were taken back, looked at lanzhou chengguan branch departments and branches. Based on the results of statistical analysis is given to improve construction bank branch of lanzhou from the city grass-roots staff execution several strategies: execution culture construction, set up incentive pay system strategy, learning organization construction strategy, establishing the can on the mechanism of choose and employ persons.
