Abstract

Currently, a new round of international service outsourcing industrial transfer is on the rise, the growth trend of the development of the global services industry are flourishing, with respect to trade in goods, trade in services and international status has become increasingly prominent, has become a modern industrial restructuring direction and trend. Services sector will gradually replace the manufacturing sector to become a major force in promoting economic development. In recent years, although the service trade in China has achieved rapid growth, with a good momentum of development, but due to the late start of China's service trade in services, there are still many deficiencies, a significantly lower level of service trade competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to recognize China's development in the current international context of trade in services by tracking evaluation of China's service trade competitiveness, and improve the competitiveness of the level of importance, and thus speed up the process of the development of China's service trade, optimize trade structure, improve the level of competitiveness of China's trade in services. The development of China's service trade competitiveness realistic analysis start to explore the impact of China's service trade competitiveness factors based on, through the improvement of the service trade competitiveness evaluation index system, from the analysis of indicators and display indicators tracking evaluation of China's service level of development of trade competitiveness. The analytical indicators explain the service trade competitiveness strength, derived indicators comparative analysis of intra-industry trade index, the opening up of service, the service sector foreign dependence on the service sector labor productivity service sector, employment, export effect at a low level, In addition, China's service trade export structure optimization, these indicators illustrate the low level of China's service trade competitiveness.
