Abstract


Public holidays from the early days to now mainly experienced three stages of change , the first is the implementation of the five-day work , followed by the implementation of the Golden Week holiday system , finally phasing out of the Golden Week becomes dispersed holiday increase traditional festivals legal holidays . The third stage of the transformation process of the public holidays reflects the Chinese policy process , policy-making more scientific and democratization trends , policy decision-making mode , to adjust its policy to the formation of policy options are the areas of policy analysis through policy evaluation . The introductory part of the paper introduces the background and significance of the thesis topic selection , literature review and thesis structure . The first part is the basis of information content in this article , the detailed content and change of public holidays stages , to analyze the policy implications of the public holidays , which for the second part of the the change background and policies body of analysis to pave the way . The second part of the main public holidays change background and policies of the main public holidays change this seemingly simple holiday arrangements but never the early days to now assumed the functions of different policies and realize the value , and also contains various policy subjects . the interests and demands . The third part of the paper 's research focus from the proposed changes to public holidays bring about change policy formation process analysis , to grasp the process of China policy context . The fourth part of the transformation of public holidays from justice , efficiency , participation in policy evaluation to reflect this change with the progress of the past, change and innovation , formulation of future policy is a new template . The concluding part of the paper this article summarized the future to solve some of the problems found .
