Abstract


One of the increasing intensity of the rapid development of the tourism industry , the tourism competition , an important issue to enhance tourism competitiveness scholars . With the depth of Tourism Research , scholars began focusing its attention to the microscopic field of tourism , the scenic area is one of them . But so far , less scenic area tourism competitiveness index system and quantitative research . Predecessors on the theory of competitive and scenic spots area basis for definition of the concept of scenic area tourism competitiveness , build a scenic area tourism competitiveness model , the use of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to build scenic area tourism competitive force evaluation quantitative comparison of index system of Xinjiang two important 5A -level scenic spots - Kanas and Tianchi tourism competitiveness in the 1999-2009 year included in the analysis , and the reality of competitive and potentially competitive , to distinguish between the two the differences between the proposed countermeasures. The main conclusions of this paper are : ( 1 ) Scenic Area Tourism Competitiveness is a comparative advantage in a variety of environments comparison , contains both real competitive and potentially competitive , is a dynamic capabilities . ② main factors affect the scenic area tourism competitiveness resources , market capacity , profitability , ability and capacity for sustainable development in four areas . The ③ scenic spots reality competitiveness including market capacity and Profitability ; potential competitiveness covers both resources and sustainable development capacity . The ④ 1999-2001 and 2008-2009 Tianchi scenic tourism competitiveness Bikanasi scenic , Heavenly Lake Scenic Spot Tourism Competitiveness 2002-2007 Bikanasi scenic weak . The the Tianchi scenic reality competitiveness and potential competitiveness of the overall situation to be weaker than the Kanas scenic spot, but the the Tianchi scenic potential competitiveness strengthening trend , the travel safety response capacity is an important factor .
