Abstract


Now is the era of the information age - a knowledge to become productive, the trend of globalization of world economy has been basically formed, companies only implementation of information technology in order to overcome the inconveniences caused due to geographic or time gap to make up with partners or competitors gap . Companies are more than ever the use of information in order to gain a competitive advantage. They expect to achieve with the implementation of information technology to reduce costs, optimize business processes, to meet customer demand, as well as enhance the overall level of management. Information technology is a long-term and complex systems engineering, information construction process, the external environment and the internal organization and management of a variety of factors continue to put forward the information needs, and also the application of information systems generate a variety of obstacles, The analysis of these barriers and to study solutions to the problem, no doubt has a very important significance. Its purpose: to create value for our customers and rapid response to market changes, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Real common problem is that the results of the implementation of information technology in many companies is not ideal, is the only complete business system information, or even corporate information management as the use of the software into a \theory. \Weak base management, business processes can not really be optimized. Many corporate information strategy planning is not perfect, the corporate strategy and information technology strategy of organic, without considering the particularity of Information Engineering and the actual situation of the enterprise hasty ground MRP, SCM, CRM and ERP systems, while not starting to good effect, resulting in a waste of money. More enterprises established web network system, is also the main business processes based on information technology, but no real manifestation of the implementation of information technology and management support needed, appropriate management of change did not achieve enterprise not really the level of information technology to enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness.
