Abstract


The transfer of rural surplus labor force and efficient agricultural development are two important issues facing the current economic development in Jiangsu Province, and there are close links between the two, and the transfer of rural surplus labor can be effective in reducing the number of agricultural workers, expansion of farmers' land scale of operation, to meet the requirements in the development of efficient agricultural scale basis; agricultural development and efficient enough to drive the development of related industries in rural areas, to provide a new way for the transfer of surplus labor, and promote the transfer of rural surplus labor. Transfer of rural surplus labor force and the development of high-efficiency agriculture has a significant role in the improvement of farmers' income and the fundamental transformation of the mode of agricultural production. The test on the theoretical analysis and empirical relationship between the rural surplus labor and the development of high-efficiency agriculture. The focus of the research is focused on the development of high-efficiency agriculture, but also the need to simplify the theoretical analysis, this paper the economy as a whole is divided into the urban industrial sector, efficient agricultural sector and the traditional agricultural sector, in the framework of a three-sector economy, theoretical analysis the results of the various departments of the wage subsidy policy as well as economic development and efficient agricultural sector, the impact of the transfer of rural labor. Empirical research, select the data of Jiangsu Province in 1990 - 2009, logarithmic form of a first-order the differential linear regression model, validate the assumptions of the labor force to improve the transfer of agricultural labor productivity. The regression results show that the labor transfer has a significant impact on labor productivity in each step of the regression model, the impact of the transfer of rural labor force growth rate of labor productivity growth rate of agriculture stabilized at about 0.8, that is, the transfer of rural labor force growth rate 1% increase in the growth rate of labor productivity in agriculture will increase by 0.8%. Efficient agriculture is an important mode of modern agriculture, the development of high-efficiency agriculture is of great significance for fundamental change in the way of agricultural production. At the same time, high-efficiency agriculture and rural labor transfer plays an important role to improve farmers' income. So, the clear understanding of the relationship between the two, to solve the \If the results of this research is the development of high-efficiency agriculture and rural surplus labor transfer the understanding and the relationship between certain referential significance, that of the efforts were not in vain.
