With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in Guangdong , especially the Pearl River Delta region , the rural land system become increasingly unsuited to the needs of economic development , therefore , Guangdong is the first in China's rural land stock cooperative system reform . New institutional economics theory and rent theory theoretical basis for normative research , empirical studies , comparative studies, summarized research on the Guangdong rural land stock cooperative system of the status quo , producing motivation , performance , and the plight of conduct investigation and research , and to put forward suggestions . The main point of this paper , and reads as follows: First , Guangdong rural cooperative shares system dominated community type , mainly located in the Pearl River Delta , around the practice flexible ; certain practices of other modes worth Guangdong learn ; land stock cooperative system compared to other land circulation has more advantages .
