Abstract


Since the beginning of the new century, China's urbanization gradually into the deepening development stage, urban grassroots administrative establishment of new development situation. On the one hand, changes in urban and rural geographical space significantly, resulting in urban grassroots administrative establishment of the profound changes in the nature of geospatial and formed; the other hand, the construction of \new opportunities and challenges.
