Abstract


Appear constantly in recent years, food safety events, food safety problem has become increasingly the focus of people. Government as the functional management departments, both from the stable social and economic development and to ensure the safety of people's life point of view, it is the responsibility and obligation to monitor food safety problems. How to use the limited public resources to effective regulation of food safety issues, has become the important subject facing governments. This paper takes nantong safety regulation for food production as the research object, to think and design in line with the local characteristics of food safety regulatory system. Paper first in the review of related basic concepts and theory, on the basis of comparative analysis on our country's food safety regulatory system; Secondly on the basis of characteristics of nantong food production and processing enterprises, built in nantong, food production and processing link regulation system; Nantong link regulatory system for food production are put forth, and the propulsion of measures and policy Suggestions, and the regulation effect is analyzed. Nantong link regulatory system for food production, as a kind of exploration, strive to in the present stage in China food production supervision has the reference value.
