Abstract

The disc spring is a new type of dissipative elements, which has the higher stiffness and nonlinear stiffness etc. It can still bear large load when it produces small deformation, and it is applicable to the case whose axial space is smaller. As the dissipative element, its advantages are as follows: strong bearing capacity, stable hysteresis, energy storage, good energy consumption and excellent shock absorption, it has been studied at home and abroad in recent years. Now the disc spring is studied widely, but the oretical research of the restoring force model for the disc spring is not sufficient. So it is important to research energy consumption. Study mechanical property and determine the restoring force model for the disc spring in theory and practice.Based on dissipative element used in engineering, The article improves the material and model which has been prescribed in national standard GB/T1972-2005 Disc sping . Compareing with the mechnical properties before and after improved by using finite element software ANSYS11.0, it gets hysteresis curves and skeleton curves. Through comparison, it has been found that the improved model has good hysteresis. High energy consumption and good ductility. Based on this conclusion, it discusses the parameters of affecting hysteretic performance. And gives the restoring force model of disc springs energy dissipation components. According to cross-section equilibrium, we can deduce the yield load.and yield displacement. According to the finite element analysis results of disc springs under repeated load in axial, analysis and regression out the ratio of maximum load and yield load with related parameters. Based on which the restoring force model of the calculation steps can be analyzed. Finally, the article compares the theoretical accounting result with the one of finite element analysis, which basically turns out to match each other.Through the analysis in the article, it can find out the practical accounting method of disc spring restoring force model skeleton curve, and supply the reference for the anti-seismic research of disc spring support structure energy.
