Abstract

The Yuanwang survey vessel is in charged of the seaborne aerospacecrafts measurement. In order to make sure the surveying success, we must resure the safety of the survey vessel navigation. Therefore, a rapid and completed survey vessel safety measurement system is necessary. The research work mainly includes:Firstly, the factors of affecting the evaluation object and the navigation safety are analyzed. The analysis is based on the inside and outside situation which affects the navigation safety such as the crewmates, the vessel itself and the weather.Secondly, it comes to the analysis of the different assessment methods according to the complex feature of the navigation safety. It will mainly include the comparison of expert, fuzzy comprehensive, analytic hierarchy process and computer imitation assessment methods.Thirdly, it will be the navigation safety assessment focus on the outside factors. In this part an assessment model will be funded according to the fuzzy logic. It will discuss the meteorological and hydrological environment influence to the navigation safety, especially the navigation assessment in disasters. Finally, it comes to the influence of the inside factors to the navigation safety. It will depend on the quantitive rating of the experts and weighted legal to evaluate the inside navigation system. On one hand it is the up to down navigation safety system structure evaluation; on the other hand it is the reasoning and analysis of the system based on the existing effects. Therefore this system will improve the safety and reliability of the seaborne observation and control task of the survey vessel, increased the seaborne complex situation analysis and assessment speed, and it is become a foundation of the seaborne observation and control to achive the task success.
