Selecting Wensha as the experiment material. Experiments on different seeding time density of crop and fertilization on the yield of Buckwheat was investigated by the orthogonal experiment in three factors and four levels. The results showed that:The growing period of Buckwheat will shorten when sowing date being put off .Sowing at may 8th,the growth period was 122d; Sowing at may 23th,the growth period was 111d; Sowing at march 8th,the growth period was 102d; Sowing at march 23th,the growth period was 94d; The sowing time was delay ,it was decreased 28d to sow in may 23th than sow in may 8th,the reproductive growth period was shorten.The plant height and stem thickness are all present "S" type curve, The sowing time was late, the plant height and stem thickness are low; the first grad branch were between 2.74.3 which has no obvious different.The crop growth rate between 5.2121.61g/m2·d, The crop growth rate was highest at ripening period; The sowing time was late, the crop growth rate are low.The SPAD of Buckwheat leaves was increased at first and then decreased, the maximum of SPAD at flowering stage and seeding stage, the SPAD higher when seeding time eerily or late.The LAD have two peaks, first peak is at branch stage to bud stage, second peak at ripening period to harvest time.Grain weight per plant and yield are lower significantly to sow late, fertilization can increasing yield and grain weight per plant, The highest grain weight per plant is 11.20g,which seeding at may 8th,plant density is 1.3 million plants/hm2,fertilizer rate were give as N:8.7 kg/667m2,P2O5:6.98 kg/667m2,K2O:6.0 kg/667m2 and seeding at may 23th,plant density is 1.5 million plants/hm2,fertilizer rate were give as N:8.7 kg/667m2,P2O5:6.98 kg/667m2,K2O:6.0 kg/667m2;The highest yield is 247kg/667m2 which seeding at may 23th, plant density is 1.5 million plants/hm2,fertilizer rate were give as N:8.7 kg/667m2,P2O5:6.98 kg/667m2,K2O:6.0 kg/667m2.Content of soluble sugar in grains was increased when seeding time late which between 8.9713.28%;The content of starch and protein in grains was reduce when seeding time late, The content of starch between 55.78%71.12%,The content of protein between 8.4210.65%.Suitable seeding time of Wensha in hohhot is may 23th, plant density is 1.5 million plants/hm2,fertilizer rate were give as N:8.7kg/667m2,P2O5:6.98 kg/667m2,K2O:6.0kg/667m2,the yield is 247kg/667m2,In grains the contend of soluble sugar is9.96%, the contend of starch is 66.56%, the contend of protein is 10.65%.
