Abstract


The fall webworm is an international plant quarantine pests . In order to monitor and control the development of the epidemic , nearly three years of research data collection to the Beijing - based combination WebGIS ( Web GIS ) technology and data mining technology research dynamic simulation model for the prevention and control of fall webworm , flying anti- anti- control model, the base station site model and organizational network layout , design the fall webworm epidemic monitoring and prevention and control of decision-making system architecture , data structure diagrams , and detailed function module . The fall webworm outbreaks occurred has a strong geographical area characteristics and timing characteristics . In this paper, pest identification and prevention knowledge base ; technology AJAX client ; technology in Java and JSP , JAVA - based WebGIS technology , relational database management mode , metadata-driven platform architecture , the product release system architecture based on service GIS , multi- source differences configuration data integration and sharing of server-side technologies ; technology roadmap . ArcIMS secondary development based on B / S data reporting and management, fine-grained permission control , centralized data management , reasonable monitoring sites for scientific dynamic simulation as well as the prevention and control of the decision-making function . For users to manage data and query information to provide a more intuitive and efficient platform ; provide a basis for decision-makers to analyze and predict the the fall webworm epidemic development trend , guiding the ground and aircraft control .
