Abstract

Water on Earth is constantly cycle of water in the different stages of the cycle constitutes the atmospheric water cycle. Soil evaporation is a very important link in the atmospheric water cycle, it is related to soil water movement (such as infiltration, soil runoff, etc.), energy balance, water balance and other important processes. Therefore, the study on soil evaporation process is of great significance. Study include measurements of soil evaporation and evaporation calculations both soil evaporation. In this paper, to study the problem of the calculation of soil evaporation. Soil evaporation calculation has always been the focus of the study of soil evaporation, in the course of the study, depending on the research environment summed up the experience of many soil evaporation formula. These formulas an important role to play in the course of the study, but they also exist many deficiencies, such as: in certain geographical environment, it is difficult to find a line with the actual situation of the empirical formula calculating soil evaporation. Bayesian networks (Bayesian Network, BN) is an effective tool to deal with the issue of uncertainty, learning and reasoning can based on the causal relationship between the variables. Dynamic Bayesian network (Dynamic Bayesian Networks, DBN) Bayesian network timing data processing, it applies to the dynamic system of learning and reasoning, is a great potential for data mining technology. Calculation of the interval form of dynamic Bayesian network for continuous variables and calculation of accuracy depends on the size of the interval division of the continuous variables. In this paper, the traditional soil evaporation calculate the empirical formula of the lack of soil evaporation process based on the basic principle of Bayesian networks and dynamic Bayesian networks, proposed a soil evaporation model based on dynamic Bayesian network theory. Bayesian network modeling, based on the knowledge of experts in the field, all models influencing factors into consideration, according to the actual situation of the study area corresponding dynamic Bayesian network soil evaporation model, followed by evaporation of the soil Interval prediction. Start from the analysis of the influencing factors of soil evaporation and soil evaporation data preprocessing, based on the knowledge of experts in the field to establish a dynamic Bayesian network soil evaporation model, to use Matlab7.1 programming complete model as well as take advantage of the completion of the training data parameter learning and reasoning process, and finally the use of test data to test the model, and the actual measurements of soil evaporation strength as a standard, the predicted results with empirical formula to get the results as well as the comparison and analysis. The analysis results show that dynamic Bayesian network applicability, this study has preliminary results in the calculation of soil evaporation.
