Objective : A comparative analysis of adverse drug reactions containing nedaplatin (NDP) and TP regimen containing cisplatin (DDP) in cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy . Methods: 81 cases of Ⅰ b2-Ⅱ a cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients were randomly divided into two groups , group A ( cisplatin multi West docetaxel group) 40 cases , 41 cases of B group ( nedaplatin docetaxel group) , 1-2 cycles of chemotherapy , comparing its toxicity . Results: A group and B group in cervical cancer preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy toxicity in the B group of serious gastrointestinal reactions (Ⅲ - Ⅳ degree , the incidence rate of 0% ) , severe bone marrow suppression (III - grade Ⅳ , The incidence rate of 4.9% ) was significantly lower in group A (incidence rates were 20 % , 20 %) (P lt ; 0.05 ) , group B renal dysfunction incidence is lower than in group A ( P lt; 0.05 ) , white blood cells decreased the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), but the degree of decline in group B platelets higher than the A group ( P lt ; 0.05) , the two groups were not found in allergic reactions caused by platinum , liver damage , nerve toxic injury , heart dysfunction . Conclusion: In cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy nedaplatin and cisplatin compared to the light of adverse drug reactions , and less likely to cause serious gastrointestinal reactions , severe bone marrow suppression and renal dysfunction , easily tolerated , can be combined with taxanes recommended as a first-line drug for cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy .
