Abstract


In China, the county education mainly refers to basic education, that the dominant position of compulsory education , predominantly rural county education is a common phenomenon in our country . Therefore, most of the county teachers belong to small towns in rural primary and secondary school teachers and secondary school teachers . \In this paper, Yuanling County , underdeveloped regions studied construction status of primary and secondary school teachers , problems , and proposed to promote Underdeveloped Counties School Teachers construction of the main countermeasures. The article first introduces the general situation Yuanling County and educational development status of teachers Yuanling County Development status of the investigation and the number of teachers from primary and secondary schools , age structure, distribution of teachers in urban and rural areas , the educational structure , professional and technical structure, etc. do summarized.
