Abstract

The authentic herbs American ginseng research material, ginsenoside and p-coumaric acid, American ginseng autotoxicity relationship. Using HPLC detection of 3,4-year-old American ginseng rhizosphere soil ginsenoside content; investigated the TSPG and p-coumaric acid on American ginseng seed embryo, growth of 2 years generated strains; Ginseng total saponins of American ginseng the rhizosphere fungal growth. The main findings are as follows: HPLC test results show that, in a different place 3 to 4-year-old American ginseng rhizosphere soil, detected traces of Rb1, Rb2 and Rd are three kinds of ginsenoside content magnitude 10-1 ~~ 10μg / g. 2, activity was measured using filter paper and the soil matrix method, the effects of ginseng saponins on the role of American ginseng seed embryo growth. Found that filter paper activity was measured, the total ginsenoside only the radicle growth generated in 125μg/ml significant suppression role, the rest of the concentration of the seed embryo growth inhibition; the soil activity assay, 0.2 to 125 μg / g concentration within TSPG in sterile soil were not inhibited the seed embryo growth, 125μg / g total ginsenoside significantly inhibit germ growth in non-sterile soil. Nutrient solution culture method, by adding different concentrations of ginsenosides study 2 years old American ginseng adult plant growth found that the the total ginsenoside 0.2μg/ml-5μg/ml concentration within the table of American ginseng concept of growth, such as height, crown width, fibrous roots, did not significantly affect the amount of aboveground growth. In 1μg/ml-25μg/ml concentration range the TSPG in 10 days and 30 days of American ginseng fibrous roots phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) specific activity has a significant role in promoting. 0.2μg/ml-25μg/ml concentration range of ginsenosides may significantly with inhibition of the American ginseng net photosynthetic rate (Pn), but the optical system II photochemical efficiency (Fv / Fm) did not significantly affect, 5μg/ml 25μg/ml TSPG able to significantly reduce the leaves light and electron transport rate (ETR). 4 plate dilution method study different concentration of ginsenosides of American ginseng rhizosphere fungal growth. 10 tested fungi, total ginsenoside concentration of 0.4mg/ml, only three Trichoderma (Trichoderma brevicompactum) and the two Fusarium (Fusarium oxysporum, Cl and Fusarium solani, C3) significantly inhibited inhibition rate between 12.48% to 30.14%; concentration of 1mg/ml and 4mg/ml significant inhibition of Trichoderma strains of Trichoderma brevicompactum strains of Rhizoctonia solani (Rhizoctonia solani, R) 2 Fusarium (Fusarium oxysporum, C1 and the Fusarium solani, a C3), strains of Aspergillus (Aspergillus pseudodeflectus, FU3 CKI-1-1) the growth inhibition rate in the range of 14.59% to 94.43%, while between the root pathogen Fusarium Bacteria (Fusarium solani, F19) and column cinerea (Cylindrocarpon destructans, B8) growth was not significantly inhibited; at a concentration of 40mg/ml, all 10 test strain growth was significantly inhibited. 5, in filter paper, the film, p-coumaric acid concentration of 1.5mg/ml and 7.5 mg, ginseng radicle, germ growth is completely suppressed, the concentration is lower than this, in addition to 0.3mg / g, embryo growth were not significantly inhibited. In the sterilized soil, seed embryo only in the treatment of high-concentration p-coumaric acid (1.5mg / g and 7.5mg / g) of growth was completely suppressed, the growth of the rest of the concentration is not significantly inhibited. In the non-sterile soil, p-coumaric acid within in 0.012mg/g-7.5mg/g range significantly inhibit radicle growth, significant inhibition of germ growth within in 0.3mg/g-7.5mg/g range. 6 in hydroponic nutrient solution by adding three concentrations of p-coumaric acid, to study the effects of American ginseng adult plant growth. Low concentrations of p-coumaric acid (0.012mg/ml) on American ginseng plant height, crown, ground growth of no significant inhibition, high concentrations of p-coumaric acid (0.06mg / g and 0.3mg / g) of American ginseng apparent growth more performance for the inhibition. p-coumaric acid on PAL specific activity had no apparent regularity American ginseng fibrous roots, the 30-day incubation period, and can also reduce the PAL specific activity can enhance. High concentrations of p-coumaric acid (0.06mg/ml and 0.3mg/ml) could significantly inhibit the the American ginseng net photosynthetic rate, but high concentrations of p-coumaric acid (0.3mg/ml) American ginseng leaves ETR and Fv / Fm There were no significant inhibition.
