Abstract


In mordern society, with the fast development of science and technology, competition becomes fiercer day by day, interpersonal relationship is getting more and more complicated. People are under great pressure psychologically. The physical and mental health of the human face a serious threat, that is, more and more people are being in a kind of sub-health state. The high school students are not an exception. High school students are being in a king of sub-health state, while they are fighting for their future life. Thus, it is an urgent task in present education research to further the research of mental sub-health education.The period of Middle school life is the heyday of individual growth and sex maturity and the finalized phase of the character development. The imbalance between body growth and slow psychology development make them face all kinds of crisis frequently and don’t know what to do. In our country, due to the pressure of education furthering and job finding, it usually lead to fierce psychological conflict, annoyance increase and even produce psychological barriers. As the rule of the fittest survive, middle school students will meet more challenges.Psychological problems will appear more likely, if it is due to the negligence that more and more middle school student get psychological disease, which will be the sorrow of academic feild and society and dereliction of duty to people dealing with mental health education. So it is imperative to do the research in middle school students on sub-mental health.Due to the geographical advantage, the NO.29 middle school student in Hohhot was chosen. To get the present situation of student mental sub-health, we chose 502 students and picked out null questionnaire, and totally get 407 pieces of effective questionnaires. I made investigation on this school students, understand their mental sub-health status, and find out the influence factor of mental sub-health, thereby provide reference for our psychological health education work.It showed that:there are 108 students in 407 subjects can be classified in to the one with sub mental health under the definition. Thus, the ratio is 26.5%.1. Analysis of differences in demographic variables of gender differences There are significant psychological differences of sub-health conditions between men and women. The number of female students in sub-health conditions is obviously higher than that of sub-healthy male students, thus, the difference was statistically significant.Regarding grade difference, the number of high School students in sub-health state take up the largest proportion,that is of 47.5%, the lowest proportion of mental sub-health students is the first years’ junior school students. thus, the difference was statistically significant.Concerning the structural differences, only child and non-only child differs a lot in sub-health status. The only child of middle school students take up the highest proportion.If we take the family residence into consideration, rural students and urban students also shows difference. Rural students in sub-health condition are more than the sub urban students.2. The main performance and the difference of high school students in sub-health condition,all in all, they are mainly in sub Mental tension, irritability, often because of trivial anger, interpersonal sensitivity, and have learning difficulties and find it hard to adapt to take part in social interaction(1) Emotional dimensions:mainly as tension, irritability, often because of trivial anger. Boys and girls are different with aspects of emotional problems. Girls are much likely to suffer emotional problems, whereas, boys do better. there are differences in emotional problems Junior high school and high school students’emotional problems are more obviously seen in high school students. (2) Interpersonal sensitivity dimensions:those people often feel others are hostile to them, and do not like them. There is no significant difference between boys and girls or between the different grades.(3) Social adaptation dimensions:some people have learning difficulties and find hard to do social interaction.There are significant differences between Male and female students in the social adaptation. Girls are more likely to adapt to difficult. Significant differences between Junior and senior high school students also exist. High school students are more likely to adapt to difficult. Among them, learning to adapt to the most prominent issues, the proportion accounted for about 59.0% of the total number of surveys; social interaction is not the most common, and there are gender and grade differences.3. The comparison of factors of sub mental health.Social support, close friends, bad environment can have good effects. These factors play an active part on mental protection role. Whereas, heavy learning burden, negative events, with the students, teachers, family members, relations are not harmonious. Easily breakdown, tension and psychological stress, these factors play a passive part on Mental and destructive role.It can be seen, there is a certain proportion of secondary school students in sub health. They show different degrees of tension, irritability, communication disorders and various psychological problems. This phenomenon deserves our attention and reflection. If we can not provide timely and effective care and help, they will seriously affect the physical and mental development and growth of middle school students, thus helping students improve psychological quality, training students good personality, to grow up healthy and happy is our duty, but also the demand of social and the times.
