Abstract


Objective: To evaluate the preliminary preparation of Factor Analysis armed police Maslach Burnout Inventory , effective screening for the armed forces to provide aid burnout . And use this tool to examine the current situation of armed police and level of job burnout . Method: 1. Using exploratory factor analysis to determine the specific content of the questionnaire , using confirmatory factor analysis questionnaire reliability and validity ; 2 . Using multivariate analysis of variance and multivariate statistical analysis of demographic variables investigated on the scale difference . Results : 1. Armed soldiers Maslach Burnout Inventory consists of 18 questions composed by mental and physical exhaustion , cynicism , and reduced personal accomplishment knowledge failure four dimensions ; 2 Project Analysis: Popularity of project level between 0.25-0.57 , with 96% of the total score correlation coefficients above 0.3 ; 3 . reliability Analysis results: exploratory factor analysis , α coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient was 0.87 and 0.86 ; confirmatory factor analysis , α coefficient and a half reliability coefficient of 0.88 and 0.76 . 4 . Validity Analysis results: the correlation between factors and the total score in between 0.690-0.789 , significantly higher than the correlation between the factors ; each factor score sheet with total self-efficacy the correlation between the scores in - 1.161 - 0.091 of the question ; burnout subscales total scale and some demographic variables in four there are differences . Conclusions : 1. Scale had good internal consistency reliability , split-half reliability and construct validity , reaching psychometric requirements of indicators can be used as evaluation of the suitability of job burnout armed police tool . (2) According to the diagnostic criteria for burnout , armed soldiers a higher degree of job burnout , a high pressure, high burnout crowd.
