Objective:Using the Generalized Graded Unfolding Model (GGUM) of IRT theroy, construction the test of the primary stud-ent’s learning attitude, explore the feasibility of test, and preliminary construction the assessment system, use scale to investigate the current situation and level of the primary student’s learning attitude.Method:On the basis of past research, combining inter-views and open questionnaire investigation, construct pupil learning attitude assessment system, after prediction several times, forming the draft. Adopted hierarchy random sampling method in changsha, hengyang and shaoyang. Which extract 1022 pupils from 7 elementary schools, who came from urban or rural areas, and girls 480, boys 542.Result:The scale was composed of 54 items, consisted of three subtests which were the cognitive level of pupils, aff-ection experience and behavior tendency. The Cronbach a Coef-ficient of the scale was 0.90, the psychometric index of GGUM showed that the item location parameters were from-3.23 to-1.35,the item discriminations parameters were from 0.68 to 1.95. Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA)showed that the values of GFI、AGFI、IFI、TLI and CFI were all greater than 0.90 and the criterion related validity was 0.61.The P values of the Pupils’learning attitude were all less than 0.01 among gender, urban and rural, grade.Conslusion:Use the GGUM of IRT to compile the learning attitude test for primary studens was feasibled. and each index of this scale reached the demand of psychometric, which can be used as a evaluation tool for pupils’learning attitude. The differences with the Pupils’learning attitude were signifi-cant among gender, urban and rural, grade.
