Abstract

Morality, which takes a stand in the profound structure of culture, constantly absorbs nourishment from other cultural factors and serves as a unique "power”in the cultural atmosphere, which has an effect on people’s inner world of the heart and its spiritual universe, thus develops a stable and lasting influence and is inherited through people’s customs, habits and etiquette. This power is called moral cultural strength. Moral cultural strength, which is indispensable in cultural structure, is the realization of moral culture and its peculiar inner strength. In fact, it is the combination of the ethical spirit factors, such as national ethics spirit, people’s moral qualities, which reflect the will of the state. Nowadays, various factors such as the overall penetration of Multicultural values caused by the globalization, the widespread of the utilitarian and materialism brought by the market-oriented economy, the faultage in moral culture, the imperfection of the new moral culture structure and system, and the absence of moral belief of the major moral actors, result in the fatigue of moral cultural strength. For our country to realize modernization and step into the world, first, means to inject new blood into our national culture, and secondly, create and establish modern ethics system, and thirdly, cultivate and mold a new generation of culture and moral actors. Therefore, analyzing the factors that cause the fatigue of moral strength and establishing and promoting the moral culture strength are of great reference value to the issues such as the acceleration of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the promotion of social harmony and the advancement of human free and all-around development.The paper consists of preface, text and conclusion. The text includes three chapters.The first chapter is about moral cultural strength, which includes the definitions, connotation and practical value, etc. of moral culture strength. This is one of the important and difficult points of this article. The second chapter is on the fatigue of moral cultural, which mainly introduces the background and the phenomenon of the fatigue of moral culture strength, and adopted special and detailed analysis on its causes from society, moral culture itself and moral subject.The third chapter is on the establishment and promotion of moral cultural strength. This part gives a concrete analysis on the necessity, principles and approaches of construction and promotion of moral culture. This is the stance as well as the one of key point of this article, which reflected the practical significance and importance of the study.
