Abstract


In today's rapid economic development, people's material standard of living of the growing requirements of the spiritual life have gone up. Yu Kongjian \First, money what is missing? Lack of aesthetic; Second, the technology what is missing? Lack of ethics; Third, the knowledge of what is missing? Leaving a shortfall of culture. Three around the material economy has been relatively prosperous public demand new point. As we all know, the wide coverage of culture, however, limited to truly be able to solve existing social problems in our country and to meet the needs of the people. The new target of building a socialist harmonious society is socialist construction in our country in recent years, and achieved significant results in this under the guidance of our political, cultural, economic, and social construction. However, inevitably there are some discordant voices. With the acceleration of the process of modernization, representing the personality of the cultural heritage of the country and nation, a symbol of the glorious and sublime heritage of 5,000 years of Chinese civilization, to withstand the impact of more or less constantly, gradually dying. This is the unavoidable question of any state and the nation in the modernization. Whether cultural heritage protection facing a kind of a situation, and how to achieve sustainable development of the cultural heritage protection and harmonious? Every nation of the world needs attention and thinking about the issue. The worrying situation of the cultural heritage protection, and was even in the newspapers or news or concerns, but did not officially caused the eyes of the author as a liberal arts graduate. Until March 2010, I had the privilege of funding of the Hunan Provincial Institute of Archaeology, experience on-site survey of national key cultural relics protection units in Hunan Province, through the issuance of questionnaires, interviewing local people in a range of ways, the author of the culture of Hunan Province Heritage conservation status has been relatively objective and true understanding. Through understanding and analysis of the status quo of Hunan cultural heritage protection, I think, on the protection of cultural heritage, the people is the main and key. Advocated \Priorities: protection of cultural heritage through the industrial management of cultural heritage, so that people know more about the country, the culture of the region, and enhance their sense of ownership for the protection of cultural heritage in this region, to create a place where everybody consciously care for cultural heritage, people consciously protect the social atmosphere of cultural heritage, cultural heritage protection and social benefits of a win-win situation.
