Abstract

As an important branch of the cultural heritage, folk culture, because of its unique artistic charm, the majority of the audience base, rich cultural resources and huge development potential, has become the new promotional business cards, a new economic growth point. A large number of folk culture, folklore, oral literary works, traditional crafts and traditional medicine is ancestral to our cultural wealth, five thousand years of the history of civilization, cultural awareness, wisdom and embodying the spirit of the historical testimony of the five thousand years of the history of civilization and culture carrier, reflects the vitality and creativity of the Chinese nation, and contains a huge cultural and economic value, and have an immeasurable effect on China's cultural and economic development. Under the trend of globalization, facing the danger of increasing convergence folk culture, folk cultural heritage protection and development of diversified, become imperative to the world's cultural safety work. Although in recent years, the Chinese government has increased efforts to the protection of cultural heritage, folk cultural heritage protection and heritage in the organizational structure, financial investment, and propaganda, there are many problems. Throughout the development of China's folk culture, the guidance system is not perfect, folk culture market environment, public conservation awareness and cultural heritage of lack of talent and lack of protection of intellectual property rights and other issues, resulting in a lot of the original ecology of folk culture, market-oriented model in a single standard under its steep decline, unable to form a competitive culture brand, reduce its rate in the economic contribution of the cultural industries. Under the conditions of a market economy, the rational development and utilization of folk culture, both to maximize the use of this unique resource, but also to ensure the sustainable development of folk culture, become another challenge in the government's economic and cultural work.
