Abstract


War crimes has long been considered one of the most serious international crimes , the harm is not specific to the most people , the state , or national security , war crimes even be harmful to the peace and stability of the entire international community and human development . In today's regional conflicts , violation of the laws of war and habits to have committed war crimes cases and examples are not uncommon. For war crimes , the world will not be tolerated , and has been strongly condemns and rejects international legal documents is also clear that to combat and sanction such crimes . War crimes is serious damage to the 1949 Geneva Convention and serious damage to the four Geneva Conventions , Article 3 common behavior , and within the established framework of international law applicable in international armed conflict , non-international armed conflict in the regulations and practice other acts . Article cultural and codified began August 12, 1949 signed the Geneva Convention . It is one of the four core crimes under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court . The three elements of war crimes by the main elements of the conduct element , mental element .
