Abstract


Since Reformation and Opening, Hunan athletics gymnastics movement played an important role in the activity of "the programme to win honour for Olympic ". After the efforts of several generations gymnastics, the gymnastic outstanding athletes in Hunan won many champions in Olympic Games, Asian games, and national games, and also made great contributions to our country athletics gymnastics career, which have Hunan gymnastics made a conspicuous figure in China’s competitive gymnastics filed.Although Hunan gymnastics had excellent results, now it is not obvious that Hunan gymnastics have an advantage. We should be clear to see the potential crisis of Hunan gymnastics. From the contest results in recent years, we can see that Hunan gymnastics hasn’t have the mighty as years all went by. The times of Liu Xuan or Li XiaoPeng already have gone. As is known to all, it takes ten years to nurture a gymnastic talent Since Sydney Olympics, the overall strength of Hunan athletics gymnastics has decline and it presents a crisis situationthe with low rates on high-quality athletes output. It’s also show us that the number of competitive medals strength has diminished and competitive prospects have been narrowed. While in Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Shandong, Hubei and Jiangsu are exquisiting and developing technique rapidly, it has constituted a strong challenge gymnastics power for Hunan’s.In addition, the reserve sports talents in our province suffered a serious fault. How to achieve rapid boom, it needs not only our province gymnastics center gives profound attention and state, city sports bureau and the training base give considerable assistance, also needs have the system, scientific theories do support.This paper, by using the methods of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire and statistics, will do a tempirical researcho on reserve sports talents’ fault phenomenon of Hunan gymnastics. It will take three steps to analyze the Human resources development problem of its athletics gymnastics including clearly understand the present situation, find out the problems, and propose the countermeasure.The results show that:economic system in transition, driven by ethics, social thought, culture and education and other aspects of comprehensive transformation. In this time period reserve of talents for competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province strategy and training system has not been fully integrated into market-oriented economic system; less financial investment, financing channels for a single; leading the pursuit of short-term performance, ignoring the Reserve Training and strategic reserves of long-term planning; incentive policy is imperfect, a serious loss of good coaches; competition scale thin, " hidden rules" prevailed; athlete "contradictions of learning and training" and so on the way out after retirement, resulting in an objective best Talents in Hunan Province Gymnastics lack of the fault. This study suggests that for these problems:Talented establish strategies for sustainable development concept, vigorously reform gymnastics management system, establishing positive incentives personnel training, increase the levels of gymnastics sports school talent base and the delivery of functions, rational use of retired Athletes of the technical resources and experience to enhance the Gymnastics Center and the Joint Management of Physical Education, were made strong academic atmosphere, to enhance research capacity in Hunan Province of professional talents for competitive gymnastics training appropriate model of sustainable development.
