Abstract


The problem of poverty is troubled by the problems of social development in China for many years , the distance of 2020 to achieve the goal of building a comprehensive well-off society decades , whether eradication of poverty within the next decade to become the key to our ability to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society . And at this stage of poor minority areas to the central and western concentration of poverty in ethnic minority areas to become one of the most important factors undermining national unity , and thus become the responsibility of the government to all levels of society concerned about poverty in the ethnic minority areas . Poverty in ethnic minority areas the status quo is what ? With what characteristics ? Ethnic areas is what causes poverty ? Analysis made ??on these issues , poverty was defined and analyzed theoretically make the answers to the above problems , combined with the status quo of China's national economic and social development ; pointed out that the lack of human capital is the most important factor in the poverty-stricken minority areas , and educational backwardness has led to a lack of human capital in ethnic minority areas to the maximum extent . To this end, this paper and in-depth analysis of education to promote development , reduce the role of the poor , and our national educational backwardness of the status quo as well as the reasons to explore new ideas to promote the development of national education .
