Abstract


Era of knowledge economy , enterprises are to be based and development , it is necessary to get the advantage of knowledge resources . Supply chain within the enterprise due to the heterogeneity and complementary knowledge reserves , supply chain knowledge sharing has become an important source of gaining access to knowledge . However, from different internal and external factors of the organization , are interested in the efficiency of the supply chain knowledge sharing impact The purpose of this paper is on the basis of the investigation in the enterprise , the factors influencing the efficiency of the supply chain knowledge sharing research and knowledge on how to improve sharing efficiency for Chinese enterprises to offer some suggestions . The structure of this article is to first summarize the research status of the domestic and foreign scholars , followed by analysis of a complex adaptive system (CAS) for supply chain knowledge sharing activities , from the point of view of the the CAS main four characteristics affect the supply chain knowledge sharing seven factor. In addition, the paper argues that the efficiency of knowledge sharing is a multidimensional concept including knowledge sharing effect and the process of sharing the cost of two parts , the combination of survey data on the basis of the empirical test of the seven factors for the efficiency of the supply chain knowledge sharing . The results show that the knowledge of the attractiveness of the sender , the knowledge recipient learning intent and absorptive capacity , and knowledge base has a significant impact on the efficiency of supply chain knowledge sharing ; construction of knowledge-sharing platform help to reduce costs , but has little effect on the shared effect ; scarcity of knowledge shared effect positive effect , but it also increases the cost of a shared process . The last section of the empirical analysis of the results discussed , a possible explanation is given for non - established assumptions , how to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing as well as future research directions for practice , the paper also gives some suggestions .
