Abstract


As market competition continues to intensify , many companies are starting to turn their attention to the logistics , logistics and even as the third profit source . Thus , the promotion of e-commerce wave , logistics information platform - logistics services online B2B e-commerce transaction platform also came into being , and continue to develop. However, with the rapid development of e - commerce , some problems are gradually revealed . Not yet ripe for the development of China's e-commerce business model , the delayed construction of the relevant laws and regulations of the e-commerce development , the development of the credit system should be strengthened , and other factors , to some extent, affected the people 's trust in e-commerce development . Uncertainty coupled with on -line transactions , anonymity , asymmetric information and transaction security system is imperfect , so there is a big risk of the e-commerce , such as network fraud , trading mutual trust is not so in this case an easy thing . In a sense, the issue of trust has become the bottleneck restricting the healthy development of e-commerce . Logistics information platform based on the nature of the logistics services of B2B e-commerce platform for trading content , due to the non-entity of its service offerings , plus transaction amount is relatively large , so the question of trust is more prominent . To JCtrans introduced JCtrans existing trust system , and systems analysis and found that some of the problems which exist against the trust system exists JCtrans , upon relevant the trust theory suggest improvements .
