Abstract

With the changing internal and external environment , most companies are in a multi-project environment . Multi- project management core issue is how to coordinate the progress of each completed and coordinated the core of the problem of how to allocate the limited resources of the enterprise . Traditional multi- project management methodology based on critical chain , made ??a successful , shorten the construction period , a resource allocation problem is solved to some extent , but there are still some drawbacks . The main contents are as follows: in the analysis and summary of the method of resource allocation in multi-project environment at home and abroad on the basis of study based on the multi - project resource allocation problem in the time window . Summary of existing multi-project management methods - critical chain method , based on the priority of the multi- project management , multi-project management quantitative analysis method , and analyze their pros and cons of proposed improvements on existing methods . Consider the actual situation , increasing the duration of the project for customers and flexible process requirements, proposed to increase the time window parameters , as well as the punishment factor to establish a multi-project management resource allocation model , a model for solving problems , as well as the exit mechanism , followed by discussion of the increase model of a time window of resources . Finally, analysis of actual cases , the crystal ball software to simulate the process of implementation of the project , draw maps each project completion time and completed probability , provide a reference for the enterprise implementation of resource configuration . Time window , multi-project resource allocation strategy more in line with the actual needs of the customers , taking into account external constraints of enterprises in the completion of the project , which undoubtedly has practical significance for the application of resource allocation strategies among projects in multi-project environment .
