Abstract


Management innovation has important effect on organizational performance , his success or failure related to survival and competitive advantage to obtain it from the management of innovation theory and the attention of the domestic theorists have seen by . However, the challenge is to carry out management innovation , not between the inputs and the effectiveness of management innovation corresponding course . Theorists of management innovation is still stuck in the meaning of management innovation , classification , content , manner and process level , summarized and experience summary of the main research method , there is no impact factors of the effectiveness of management innovation further in-depth research . Enterprises to improve the management level of innovation in the network era , the key is how to get through the corporate network resources and the effective use of knowledge . Affect enterprise network management innovation performance empirical research has important value . Existing enterprise network management overview of the field of innovation and knowledge management theory based on the integration of enterprise network infrastructure , knowledge inflows and management innovation three variables in a theoretical model , and 458 high-tech enterprises in Guangdong Province private science and technology enterprises , empirical study sample survey data . The results show that : produce a significant positive impact on the role of knowledge inflow levels of management innovation performance ; four network structure characteristics have a significant impact on management innovation activities , the level of knowledge inflows ; affect the level of knowledge inflows between network structure and management innovation performance relationship. This study proved that the effective use of the corporate network theory to explain the management of innovation activities . Management practice , we can consciously optimize network structure , improve the level of knowledge inflows adjustment scale enterprises and R \u0026 D investment to achieve the desired effect . The research results of some reference value for enterprises to carry out management innovation activities .
