Abstract


Since the first day of the computer into the classroom, our education ushered in the era of education informationization. The popularization and development of education informationization will be accompanied by computer development from beginning to end. It is a long-term, continuous, constant breakthroughs and continuous progress. Although it has experienced for more than ten years, it is still a hot topic in education today. With the rapid development of high-tech information technology in the 21st century, education informationiaztion has ushered in new opportunities and challenges. At present, countries in the world are accelerating the pace of education informationization, high and low degree of education informationization has completely become one of important indicators of measuring the level of education.Conceived as a cradle of talent base, primary and secondary schools have taken a solid first step of education informationization which is also beginning when facing with overwhelming high-tech, new technology, information teaching and management. However, according to statistics, when China’s primary and secondary schools in many places get the hardware construction of education informationization, the large numbers of human and financial resources were invested, but significant results were not seen. Different regions develop education informationization with different levels and characteristics, and even different schools in the same area at different stages of development will face different problems. So at this stage, what is the development status about the rural primary and secondary education informationization? What are confusing? What are the factors which plague the construction of primary and secondary education informationiation? The author tries to draw starting point with these, and put forward constructive strategies and recommendations in connection with the main factors of education informationization.At first, the primary and secondary schools will be an example in this paper. The author uses professional SPSS, EXCEL and other statistical analysis tools to analyze the development current and problems of primary and secondary schools in Shanghai from specific data statistics.Second, the author explores its deeper causes by combining literature and using interview, and then has a further analysis of the major factors influencing the development of primary and secondary education informationization.Finally, the author will propose the practical implementation of policies or programs for the factors and adjust or modify the result of feedback. Eventually a more complete solution will be formed. Its objective is to increase the pace of education informationiation and provide reference recommendations and suggestions for the continued development of education informationization.
