Abstract


Along with social progress and scientific and technological development , as the implementation of administrative law enforcement and the integrated management of quality and technical supervision departments in accordance with the law on standardization, metrology , quality , Guorongguante work related education , training and assessment of the increasingly onerous task . In its current form , the training and education platform to build a network , has become an important method to resolve this - problems . The basic idea of ??this paper, the network training , management information system theory and the quality and technical supervision and training characteristics , systematically discussed the key technical issues in the planning and implementation of the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision network training system , including network training system requirements analysis , aspects of the overall planning and project implementation . The article begins with an overview of the research background and motivation , and puts forward the main objective of this study . Next, the article a systematic exposition of the management information system theory and design methods , a careful analysis of the existing training management mode of Jiangsu Province Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision , draw a work mode and analysis needs analysis .
