Abstract


This paper mainly in range economic perspective , the industrial integration were explained. Firstly fusion phenomenon and theoretical studies combing through industry , a clear definition of the definition of industrial integration , and summarized on the basis of the fusion type , for the most common type of analysis discussed by a simple model of integration and division of labor cause. When the common assets exist between different industries economies of scale , or the industrial economies of scope between the economic behavior of the pursuit of profit maximization vendors will naturally lead to industrial integration . At the same time , technological advances and integration for industrial fusion provided the impetus relax and eliminate regulation for fusion to eliminate external barriers . Subsequent article by the empirical analysis of financial mixed operation , further validate the existence of economies of scope in the banking business of securities , insurance and other business overall , expand the size of the economies of scope with the expansion of the middle of traffic . It is for this reason , banks , insurance and securities three sectors between the gradual emergence of the trend of integration .
