Abstract


The county economy is the basic unit of our national economy , plays a particularly important role in our national economy as a whole system . For the reality of our country , in terms of the development of county economy is the basic guarantee for the prosperity of the rural economy , is an important foundation for urbanization , the main channel for the transfer of rural surplus labor , is the fundamental way to improve the income of the farmers . So , at this stage to strengthen the county 's economy , has a very important practical significance for the realization of China's modernization , and solving the three problems . Changsha County history Economic Structure in a single, low level of agricultural modernization , industrial small scale , backward technology and equipment , the overall allocation of resources is not reasonable , poor efficiency . To solve these problems , the fifth part of the actual situation , the proposed six policy recommendations to promote economic development in Changsha County , the six policy recommendations covering industry structure , government planning , financial systems , construction , agricultural development , fiscal revenue . Through the above research and exposition , we hope to offer a modest force both in theoretical research and practical work in for Changsha County 's economic and social development .
