Abstract


As the central city of Changsha , in its industrial structure , the second and tertiary industries in more developed agricultural development is lagging behind its specialization , the market , the degree of modernization and agricultural production and lack of brand -scale , low-income farmers , The gap between urban and rural areas . Changsha development of urban agriculture , can take advantage of the material and technical elements of the capital cities in central and radiation function , promote rural development , agricultural efficiency and rural incomes Residents of Farmers , rural urbanization, improve the the suburban comprehensive agricultural production capacity , so that urban agriculture modernization of agriculture demonstration area of urban-rural integration . In this paper, the system analysis , empirical analysis , specification analysis as well as a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods , summarized and refined in other cities of the research during the development of urban agriculture research to help the development of urban agriculture in Changsha provide a theoretical basis . The Changsha urban agriculture is beginning to take shape , the initial formation of the base of the agro-industry and a large number of production of high-quality rice , pig , tea , edible mushrooms, fruits, horticulture seedlings , tourism and leisure agriculture has been developing rapidly .
