This paper attempts to Suqian development of industrial clusters in the implementation of the industrialization breakthrough in the research on the basis of finishing at home and abroad on the development of industrial clusters , try to put forward a set of advancing the overall layout framework Suqian promote industrialization processes . Firstly simple overview of domestic and foreign industrial cluster theory and empirical research , foreign theoretical research on industrial clusters has reached a considerable level , but our empirical research is mainly concentrated in economically developed Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province, Su South some developed cities and coastal areas of Guangdong , underdeveloped areas , especially as the only pilot city of Jiangsu Province, the comprehensive reform of the economic and social - in the Suqian City of Jiangsu province regional economic development of industrial clusters .
