Abstract


This paper deals with the research on transferring problems of carrying coastal areas foundry industry in Jiahe county, Hunan province, uses the quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis combining with the empirical analysis and normative research method, in the way of industrial transferring theoretical analysis as the breakthrough point combining with the special geographical relationship and economic gradient difference between Jiahe county and coastal areas. The essay firstly analyzes the research background and significance of industrial transferring and summarizes relevant theory research achievements, then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of carrying coastal areas foundry industry’s transferring in Jiahe county, and then the paper discusses how it works on the economic development effects in Jiahe county, finally brings up some ideas and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. It introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas, and research methods. The second part is a summary of relevant theories on industrial transferring. Mainly deals with the concept of the industrial transferring, motivation research of industrial transferring, the foundation of industrial transferring, mode of industrial transferring and other aspects of the research. The third part is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of carrying coastal areas foundry industry’s transferring in Jiahe county. In this part, the paper firstly analyzes the necessity of foundry industry’s transferring from the coastal areas to inland areas, mainly from the macro, meso and micro levels. then analyzes feasibility of foundry industry’s transferring in Jiahe county, including external and internal aspects. The fourth part analyzes the economic development situation of carrying coastal area foundry industry transferring in Jiahe county. At first, analyzes economic effects of the industry transferring to the undertaking place, including the positive economic effects and negative economic impacts. Secondly, analyzes the present situation, existing problems and obstacles of carrying coastal areas foundry industry transferring in Jiahe. The last part is to put forward some ideas and countermeasures, including carrying on positively, expanding opening, innovating industry carrying philosophy; revitalizing elements, breaking the bottleneck, insuring policy of carrier; straightening mechanism, promoting industrial undertaking environment association guidance; enterprise collaboration, undertaking brand to seize the market; many ways of developing, creating carrying industry effect.
