Abstract


Entrepreneurship is a complex highly integrated process , not only related to the professional knowledge of all aspects of the management disciplines , the field of entrepreneurship , also related to the life and values ??of entrepreneurs . This makes the venture is not equivalent to the general management of the enterprise , has many special problems to be solved in the entrepreneurial process . Therefore , the study of entrepreneurship has gradually become an independent discipline . The ultimate purpose of the venture theory studies the to guide entrepreneurial actual . The practice of entrepreneurship activities can enrich the study of entrepreneurship theory . The author began lighting the LED plant factory entrepreneurial practice activities through entrepreneurship theory , this paper summarizes the entrepreneurial theory of entrepreneurial practice activities .
